PESTO FETTUCCINE TOSS
Ingredients
- 300 g spinach (stems trimmed)
- 1 cup fresh parsley (lightly packed)
- 1 tbsp basil leaves
- 2 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 500 g spinach fettuccine
- onion (to your taste)
- cooked chicken (cubed)

Recipe Preparation
For the Pesto
- In food processor, combine spinach, parsley, seasonings, basil, and olive oil. Blend until puréed into a pesto sauce.
- Prepare fettuccine according to package directions; drain.
- Toss with pesto until fettuccine is completely coated.
- Add chicken.
