Ingredients

  • 300 g spinach (stems trimmed)
  • 1 cup fresh parsley (lightly packed)
  • 1 tbsp basil leaves
  • 2 tsp Windsor® Nature’s Seasons® Seasoning Blend
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 500 g spinach fettuccine
  • onion (to your taste)
  • cooked chicken (cubed)

  • 300 g spinach (stems trimmed)
  • 1 cup fresh parsley (lightly packed)
  • 1 tbsp basil leaves

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 500 g spinach fettuccine
  • onion (to your taste)
  • cooked chicken (cubed)

Recipe Preparation

For the Pesto

  1. In food processor, combine spinach, parsley, seasonings, basil, and olive oil. Blend until puréed into a pesto sauce.
  2. Prepare fettuccine according to package directions; drain.
  3. Toss with pesto until fettuccine is completely coated.
  4. Add chicken.
